The hotel is in a great central location, just a short walk from downtown Merida. The rooms are decent in size and feature a TV and air conditioner, but the furniture seems outdated and worn-out. The staff is very nice and helpful, despite some language barriers. The dining options are good with a discount through a travel agent website for free breakfast. The hotel offers free parking and internet which is a big plus.
